Before conducting a telephone campaign, please find out about the law behind doing to. You need to not call people who have signed up to the TPS - Telephone Preference Service. Go to OfCom, Directing Marketing Commission or to TPS It is very unhelpful for your rep (Lisa in this case) to rudely tell me to just report you. I'm sure you do a good job, and don't want to disturb people who have specifically asked you not to call them – nor your reputations sullied by rudeness to potential clients.
