Before conducting a telephone campaign, please find out about the law behind doing to. You need to not call people who have signed up to the TPS - Telephone Preference Service. Go to OfCom contact@ofcom.org.uk, Directing Marketing Commission www.dmcommission.com or to TPS http://www.tpsonline.org.uk. It is very unhelpful for your rep (Lisa in this case) to rudely tell me to just report you. I'm sure you do a good job, and don't want to disturb people who have specifically asked you not to call them – nor your reputations sullied by rudeness to potential clients.
